Publications
Conferences and annual lectures supported by the Medieval Institute frequently result in the publication of proceedings or book-length essays. The Institute’s yearly Conway Lectures, delivered by a prominent senior medievalist, represent an ongoing publishing effort in cooperation with the University of Notre Dame Press. The Press publishes many books of interest to medievalists and supports a number of ongoing book series in medieval studies. A few of these series are noted below:
- The Conway Lectures in Medieval Studies
- Notre Dame Conferences in Medieval Studies
- Notre Dame Texts in Medieval Culture
- Publications in Medieval Studies
- The Medieval Book
- Michael Psellos in Translation
- ReFormations: Medieval and Early Modern
- The William and Katherine Devers Series in Dante and Medieval Italian Literature
A new Byzantine Studies book series is in development made possible by generous support from the Niarchos Foundation.
