Susan Boynton Lecture: “Teaching Children to Sing in the Middle Ages”

Susan Boynton, Associate Professor of Music, Columbia University, will lecture today in the Program in Sacred Music Colloquium series. She is an accomplished medievalist and winner of the Lewis Lockwood Award of the American Musicological Society for her book, Shaping a Monastic Identity: Liturgy and History at the Imperial Abbey of Farfa, 1000-1125 (2006).
