MI Working Group Meeting: Religion and Pluralism in the Medieval Mediterranean

-

Location: Hesburgh Library, 715N

Who: Nicole Paxton Sullo

What: Dissertation chapter, "Sacred Time and the Construction of Social Memory in Later Byzantium and Medieval Serbia"

When: Friday, February 28th, 12:30-2pm

Where: Medieval Institute seminar room 715N (or via a Zoom link -- please let me know if you plan to Zoom in)

The chapter itself and a document with all the images are attached. Please read before the meeting!

A note from Nicole: "This essay draft derives from a dissertation chapter, and I would appreciate feedback as I edit it into article form. Please note that the figures will be pared down substantially; I have left them as is to give you a fuller visual picture of the material, which may be unfamiliar."

Lunch will be served; let me know ASAP if you have any dietary restrictions (there will already be plenty of vegetarian food).

A google calendar invite will follow this email. Please do RSVP so that I have a sense of how many books and how much food to order.

We look forward to a lively discussion!
