Hesburgh Library: 2022 University of Notre Dame Library Research Award

Location: Hesburgh Library

This annual competition awards prizes in several categories to undergraduate students who demonstrate excellence in library research skills by using a breadth of library resources for their research projects, course assignments, and creative endeavors.

All undergraduate students who are currently enrolled at Notre Dame are invited to submit a brief essay about how they used library resources for a project or assignment completed during summer 2021, fall 2021, or spring 2022.

Tuesday, May 10, at 11:59pm (EDT)

Award Categories and Prizes

First Year Student
1st Place – $500
2nd Place – $250

Sophomore, Junior or Senior
1st Place – $500
2nd Place – $250

Capstone Project or Senior Thesis
1st Place – $1,000
2nd Place – $500

Group Project
1st Place – $1,000
(The award will be divided equally among group members)
