Early Christian Studies Program: Inaugural Graduate Conference on Early Christian Studies

The members of the Program in Early Christian Studies at the University of Notre Dame proudly announce the first graduate conference in Early Christian Studies. The event will bring together graduate students of theology, history, classics, art history and other fields for a wide array of themes and approaches to early Christianity and late antiquity. We are delighted to announce the participation of two distinguished keynote speakers:

Robin Jensen (Department of Theology): “Visual Typologies: Prodigies of the Passion in Early Christian Art”: Monday, May 23, 5:00 p.m (followed by a reception)

Éric Rebillard (Cornell University): “Early Martyr Narratives as Living Texts: The Case-Study of North Africa”: Tuesday, May 24, 11:00 a.m.

All events are free and open to the public for attendance at 1030 Jenkins-Nanovic Hall or by Zoom.
