Known as a culinary historian, Luigi Ballerini (UCLA Emeritus) is a poet, historian, teacher and is the founder of the library Chiesa Rossa, where he organizes the annual meeting Latte e Linguaggio (Milk and Language).

We are honored to have him present an analysis of the Last Supper by Leonardo DaVinci, and explore the rebirth of gastronomy during the Renaissance and its relevance in our time.
